These terms govern your organization’s access to and use of SpeakAI.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Using SpeakAI
You must be authorized to act for the organization whose workspace you create or use. You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace members, connected services, and all activity performed through your workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use SpeakAI to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, mislead recipients, or send communications that violate consent, privacy, anti-spam, or telemarketing requirements. You must maintain all notices, permissions, and lawful bases required for the customer and lead data you process.
Connected services and communications
When you connect Gmail or another third-party service, you authorize SpeakAI to access and use that service only as needed to provide the features you enable. You remain responsible for reviewing automation settings and outbound communications and for complying with the third party’s terms.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to your workspace. You grant SpeakAI the limited right to process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the data to SpeakAI.
Plans, fees, and cancellation
Paid features, billing intervals, usage limits, and trial terms are shown when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls.
Service changes and availability
We may update or discontinue features and may suspend access when needed to protect the service, users, or third parties. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
SpeakAI is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
